Why we text
Freely may send a one-time passcode to verify your phone number, protect sign-in, recover an account, or confirm a security-sensitive action.
Consent and frequency
By requesting a code, you consent to receive an automated transactional text at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to transactional verification messages is not consent to marketing.
Help and stopping messages
Reply HELP where supported or contact support@freelydating.com. Reply STOP to stop messages where supported; doing so may prevent phone-based verification or account access until another method is available.
Protect your code
Freely support will never ask you to send a one-time passcode by email, text, or chat. Do not share a code with anyone.
