Scope

Some profile details, preferences, messages, location signals, or inferences may be treated as consumer health data under certain state laws even when Freely is not a healthcare provider.

Data that may be covered

  • Sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship preferences
  • Information concerning sexual or reproductive health voluntarily shared by a member
  • Precise location when enabled
  • Inferences derived from covered information

Why it may be used

Covered data may be used only as described in the main Privacy Policy, such as providing requested matching features, maintaining safety, personalizing the experience, supporting members, and complying with law.

Sharing

Freely may disclose covered data to processors needed to operate the service. Freely will not sell consumer health data without valid authorization where the law requires it.

Your choices
