Freely prohibits sexual violence, stalking, harassment, threats, coercion, and conduct that endangers personal or public safety, online or offline.

Unless Freely expressly states otherwise in the app, Freely does not conduct criminal background checks and does not guarantee identity, intent, or conduct. Profile review and selfie-based authenticity measures are not guarantees.

Use the report control available on profiles and conversations or email safety@freelydating.com. Include enough information for the team to identify the account and understand the concern.
Our response
Freely may preserve relevant information, restrict or remove accounts, cooperate with lawful requests, and provide information about external support resources where appropriate.
